Biographical Information
Taeksoo Ji earned his B.S and M.S. degrees, both in Physics from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 1995 and 1997, respectively. During 1997 to 2000, he served as a research engineer at Hyundai Electronics Inc, Korea, where he worked on plasma display panel (PDP) development. In 2004, he received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering Science from the Pennsylvania State University. After completing his post-doctoral works at the Center for the Engineering of Electronic and Acoustic Materials and Devices in the same institute, he joined the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Arkansas as an Assistant Professor in 2005. His research activity concerns MMIC technology, RF-MEMS, ceramic packaging, organic electronics, and microfabrication.
Specialty: Silicon based electronically steerable antenna, Micro-stereo lithography for polymer MEMS devices, Polymer packaging, and Polymer phase shifters, MEMS switches, filters
